Explore yourself the Food Craftmanship FC 2019 competition classes and rules, and enrol your product in the competition no later than 25th of August 2019! Product competition is aimed at all Nordic and Baltic food manufacturers, which are using local raw materials without including their products synthetic aroma, preservatives or colorants. Suomen Artesaaniruoka ry – Finnish Artisan Food Association – has drawn up the rules of the competition.
Competition has 11 categories: dairy products, charcuterie products, fish, bakery, berry and fruit products, vegetable and mushroom products, cold condiments and sauces, snacks, Nordic beverages: non-alcoholic drinks, Nordic beverages: alcoholic drinks along with innovative food craftmanship. Under main categories there are 60 competition classes.
Jury of the competition consists of professionals acting in the field of food industry and stakeholder members. Award ceremony occurs on Saturday 14th of September in relation to the Gala Dinner, organized in the Restaurant Priimus. Winning products are introduced in Wemmi -Ween maan wiljaa – Event at Jyväskylä Paviljonki on 15.9.
